Psychosexual Assessment and Consultation
Although the Program in Human Sexuality no longer accepts individuals for sexual offender treatment, psychosexual assessment and consultation are available by fully trained, licensed professionals.
There are many reasons why one might need a psychosexual assessment. It may be a part of pre-sentence investigations, child custody disputes, divorce proceedings, disposition planning, or other factors. A psychosexual assessment and consultation consists of:
- Document reviewing
- A minimum of three individual interviews
- Collateral interviews
- Psychological testing
A psychosexual assessment and consultation is a 2-3 month process. Please call our front desk at 612-625-1500 to request an appointment with one of our faculty members. A $2,000 retainer is required to begin the process.
